FAQ

Maison Merrachi is more than a loyalty program; it's our way of celebrating and rewarding our community. As a member, you'll progress through four rooms, unlocking exclusive rewards, early access, and member-only experiences along the way.

Creating a Maison Merracchi account is completely free. Simply sign up to start earning credits and enjoy member benefits. If you already have a MERRACHI account, you’ll start to earn credits with orders placed from September 4th at 19.00 CEST.

Maison Merrachi is made up of four rooms: the Foyer, the Living Room, the Walk-In Closet, and the Atelier. The room in which you are placed is based on your purchase history. As you make new purchases, you'll unlock new rooms and start to earn credits. This way, you gain access to additional rewards, benefits, and experiences.

Your room is based on the amount you’ve spent as a MERRACHI customer. Once you reach the required threshold by placing new orders, you’ll unlock the next room and gain access to even more exclusive benefits.

You'll earn credits on eligible purchases made both online and in our MERRACHI stores,  starting from September 4th 19.00 CEST. While your purchase history contributes to your room allocation, you only start to earn credits on orders placed after the launch of Maison Merrachi.

Credits can be redeemed for exclusive Maison Merrachi gifts.

You can view your credits, room, and progress anytime in your Maison Merrachi account.
